Todd Shoemaker has been in the loan funding business for over 12 years, beginning at 1997 as the lending specialist at California State University, Northridge Credit Union. After two years at Matadors he left to become a residential specialist originating residential home loans for Countrywide, where he was a instructor in Budget Planning and First Time Homebuyer Seminars. After 4 years he moved to commercial lending for a private equity funding company where he specialized in mixed use and multi-family dwelling funding. In 2003 he opened up his own Funding Company (Complete Solutions LLC) which funds millions for Investor and Private Individuals who invests in real estate as well as working for Mortgages Direct as the Residential Funding Specialist. Mortgages Direct, who funds mostly residential loans for investors and owner occupied properties, funds over 250 million per year. As a state certified credit analyst he is able to counsel and assist his clients with their credit and help them to maintain the level needed to continue to invest or buy a house in this ever changing challenging market.
